Oakland Chinese Church (OCC), a non-denominational,
evangelical church, is in need of a full-time pastor to lead the
English-speaking congregation. Currently,
English congregation consists primarily of youth (6th-12th
grade, ~70 ppl). There is also a growing number of college and young
adults. The fitting candidate will be
primarily focused on working with the youth group, while beginning to address the
needs of ministering to other age groups (college, young adult, adults). The demographics is largely
Chinese-American, but with the hopes of becoming more multi-ethnic and
inclusive with time.
